Dr. Carla Price

Dr. Carla Price is a board-certified family physician with 20 years experience.  She received her MD from West Virginia University in 1999. She completed her residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA in 2002. 

Dr. Price's specialties include women's health, obesity/ weight loss, sports physicals, pediatrics, DOT physicals, minor surgical procedures, DM, HTN, hyperlipidemia, and preventive medicine. 

She worked at Family Physicians in Winder, GA for 20 years before establishing Jefferson Primary Care in Jefferson, GA. She is now accepting patients.

Elizabeth McLeish

Jefferson Primary Care would like to welcome Family Nurse Practitioner, Eli McLeish, to our practice. Eli has an extensive background and tremendous reputation providing excellent patient care in our area. She spent the last six years as a general surgery Nurse Practitioner at NGMC Hospital, in Braselton. Eli also has experience in cardiac, GI, and hospitalist medicine.

Eli lives in Jefferson with her husband Doug and two children, who attend Jefferson City Schools. The McLeish family are active members of our community and enjoy serving at The Jefferson Church. 

In her spare time, Eli enjoys exploring her creative talents with various craft projects, coaching basketball for the Jefferson Rec Dept, and serving as an Officer for Jefferson City FFA Alumni Chapter. 

Eli is excited to be a part of our team and provide excellent patient care to our community!
