Insurance and Financial Information

Jefferson Primary Care accepts most insurance plans and submits our claims to most insurance companies. Please see the list below for specific information. If an insurance company refuses to pay for a service, the patient will be responsible for payment of services provided. Patients must verify with their insurance company that we are in their particular plan. Patients will be reponsible for the payment if their insurance did not pay or paid partial amount for their visit.

Jefferson Primary Care gladly accepts self pay patients. Your first visit will need to be paid in full by either cash or credit card. If there are any follow up visits, they will be discounted.
